If you want more detail about exactly what arguments we used with the FCC Chair, please see the attached Ex Parte that is being filed with the FCC – as required by law. Given that this is a public document, it’s fine to circulate it with your membership as you feel appropriate.
We’re hopeful that our collective efforts of all states will mean not only a reduction in proposed increases, but also a roadmap to a future process that is more fair for broadcasters.
